Adirondack Brewery’s Barrel Fest returns with exclusive barrel-aged craft beverages

Craft beverage producers are bringing their small-batch barrel-aged products to the Adirondack Pub & Brewery’s event grounds, 33 Canada Street, Lake George, for the 14th Annual Barrel Fest on Saturday, March 14, 2-5 p.m. The lineup of producers includes breweries, wineries, distilleries, meaderies, and cideries.

“We started Barrel Fest as a way to showcase our most limited, small-batch barrel-aged creations,” says Adirondack Pub & Brewery owner John Carr in a press release. “It quickly became something bigger. New York brewers are producing world-class barrel-aged beverages, and so many of them are right here in our backyard. Barrel Fest has turned into a true gathering place — like a pilgrimage — for people who love the depth, complexity and craftsmanship of barrel aging. If you’re serious about barrel-aged beer and spirits, this is the one event you don’t want to miss.”

The Barrell Fest is held outdoors — rain, snow, or shine—by a roaring bonfire of 1,000 pallets.  In addition to beverage-tasting, the festival features live music by Tops of Trees,  a “burning man” statue, food vendors, fireworks, and free snacks.

The Adirondack Pub will be offering Kegs & Eggs brunch specials on the day of the festival, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
