The Adirondack Wine & Food Festival will be back at the Festival Commons in Wood Park on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28. This is the 10th anniversary of the popular event that has steadily expanded since its inaugural festival in 2015 and has become one of the most celebrated food and wine festivals in the region.
“It’s been an incredible 10 years building the Adirondack Wine and Food Festival,” said Festival Founder and Adirondack Winery President Sasha Pardy in a press release. “To think that we started with only 40 mostly-wine vendors in the then brand-new festival commons, to missing two years due to COVID, to growing to the cornerstone event we have become for our region. I am very proud of the economic impact and fundraising we have generated not only for our community, but for the growth we have generated for our fellow New York State craft beverage producers.”
The 2026 Adirondack Wine & Food Festival will feature more than 120 vendors representing New York’s best craft beverage and artisan food producers. The family-friendly festival includes a food truck alley, crafters, entertainment, and children’s activities.
This is a try-before-you-buy event. Admission includes a commemorative wine glass that attendees may use to sample the products of New York wineries, distilleries, cideries, meaderies, and non-alcoholic beverage producers, along with samples from artisan food makers. Visit the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival Vendor Page for a complete list of this year’s vendors.
Under the Taste NY Culinary & Cocktail Tent, festival attendees can enjoy Culinary and Cocktail demonstrations and competitions featuring local chefs and mixologists creating with ingredients supplied by Festival vendors. The Culinary Tent schedule includes two “Iron Chef”- style cooking competitions. Round one will be held on Saturday, with the winner going on to challenge reigning champion Chef Carl Weiner of Sans Souci on Sunday. Sunday’s schedule also includes a mixology competition.
“Over the past 10 years,” says Festival Manager Brad Willett, “the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival has continued to grow alongside our audience, and we’re excited to expand the event with more family-friendly activities, wellness-focused offerings, and nonalcoholic options while still keeping New York’s incredible craft beverage industry at the heart of the experience.” Willet encourages families and locals to attend on Sunday when the atmosphere is more laid-back.
Organizers recommend purchasing tickets in advance as the event usually sells out. Tickets may be purchased at https://adkwinefest.com/tickets/.
