Arts Project’s Bands-n-Beans fundraiser to feature 9 bands and 25 pots of chili

The Lake George Arts Project is holding its annual Bands-n-Beans fundraiser Sunday, March 29, 2 to 7 p.m., at the Fort William Henry Hotel Conference Center, 48 Canada Street, Lake George. This is the 32nd year for the event, which raises funds for the organization’s programs, including the free Summer Concert Series in Shepard Park, the renowned Jazz at the Lake Festival, held each September, and the year-round exhibitions at the Courthouse gallery.

This year, nine local bands, in genres ranging from rockabilly and funk to acoustic sets, will perform across two stages. Twenty-five local restaurants will bring their best chili to compete for the People’s Choice Award.
