The past 18 months have been challenging for restaurants across the country with pandemic-related supply chain issues and labor shortages. However, several Lake George restaurants have rallied to bring back the popular Restaurant Week promotion this fall. The 16th Annual Lake George Region Fall Restaurant Week, presented by the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB, begins Sunday, Sept. 12 and runs through Saturday, Sept. 18.
“Amid current conditions and with feedback from our member restaurants,” says Chamber Executive Director Gina Mintzer, “we are offering the Lake George Region Restaurant Week to satisfy our local residents who enjoy this opportunity to get out and rediscover their favorite restaurant or explore a new establishment.”
The menus/Fall Restaurant Week 2021 options vary by establishment from three-course meals to a few specialty items added to regular menus. Some participating restaurants are offering prix fixe pricing, others have created apple-infused menus with appetizers, entrees, desserts and specialty drinks that tap into the flavor of this fall’s orchard harvest.
