Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate family and friends. After a hectic fall, the holiday gives us an opportunity to slow down and relish relationships with actual face-to-face time. Food, of course, takes center stage with platters of roast turkey, sage dressings, butter-laced mashed potatoes and rich pumpkin pies.
Turning out a traditional Thanksgiving dinner is a lot of work. If you prefer to leave the cooking (and dirty dishes!) to someone else, you have several options this year for Thanksgiving dinner in Lake George. The chefs at some of Lake George’s finest restaurants have created Thanksgiving dinner menus to satisfy both those seeking a traditional, Norman Rockwell-style turkey dinner and those who want to try something new. These special menus are for November 23, 2017, Thanksgiving Day. Reservations are required.
