The 2023 edition of the Annual Thurman Townwide Garage Sale will be held June 9-11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Throughout the town, Visitors can expect to find a variety of items at more than 50 private garage and barn sales including antiques, jewelry, collectibles, toys, housewares, dishes, furniture, tools, books, sports equipment, bikes, electronics, clothing, baby gear, building supplies, perennial plants, and hand-crafted Adirondack items.
Thurman Farms will be offering fresh products such as baked goods, jams, maple products and pasture-raised eggs. Visitors can stop by the Thurman Town Hall, 311 Athol Road, to pick up a map booklet and to use the restrooms.
Organizers note that there are no gas stations in Thurman so it would be wise to gas up in Warrensburg before crossing the Hudson into Thurman.
